Our products are made to order, the design you choose is usually prepared by our printing team within 1-3 working days and shipping is done with the tracking number. It is our priority to please you by offering free shipping all over the world.

Which shipping companies do we use?

We are working with UPS, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, DHL Express, Asendia, TNT, Swiss Post, Poste Italiane for Desk Mat, Mouse Pad, Phone Case.

Our products are manufactured and shipped from California, USA.

We choose the company that will deliver your package to the country you have ordered in the fastest way.

Technology & Inks

The product goes through a dye sublimation process. Firstly, the design is printed on heat-resistant transfer paper then the image is embedded into the item for a long-lasting print secured with a heat press.

Quality control

Each item is individually inspected prior to shipping for print quality and positioning. Additionally, we inspect the item itself to ensure full and proper functionality.

Packaging control

Products are packaged in a peel and seal mailing envelope that is tightly secured for providing excellent protection during shipment.

Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
